Located in Dauphin County, just ten minutes from downtown Harrisburg and near five major hospitals, Colonial Park Care Center is a 198-bed Skilled Nursing Center offering an expansive mix of services rarely found under one roof. Our beautifully landscaped grounds allow those who are able to enjoy the outdoors with friends and family who visit.

Colonial Park Care Center also features:

• A Restorative Program, which offers retraining in daily activities such as ambulation and social dining
• An Activities Program, which works to bring each resident to his or her highest level of function
• A Social Services Program, which serves the resident as well as family and friends
• Orthopedic, Cardiac, and Wound Specialty Care
• Center for the Memory Impaired
• A Specialty Care Program offers a short term solution bridging the gap between hospital and home.
  Specialty Care - Rehabilitation

Each resident has an attending physician of his or her choice. A broad range of specialists, including podiatrists, dentists, optometrists, audiologists, psychiatrists, and psychologists, is available to provide other treatment as necessary. Other staff includes:

• Registered Nurses
• Licensed Practical Nurses
• Certified Nursing Assistants
• Rehabilitation Therapists (providing PT, OT and SLT)
• Dietitian
• Housekeeping, Laundry, and Maintenance Staff
• Administrative Staff (Admissions, Social Services, Case Management, and Business Office)
• Recreational Therapists and Activities Staff
